The Wellbeing Project interviewed leaders from around the world and asked global activists and social entrepreneurs to participate in a program to focus on their wellbeing for 18 months. The result? Wellbeing Inspires Welldoing.
Wellbeing Inspires Welldoing

Ashoka is a co-creator of The Wellbeing Project, which aims to shift the culture of social change to encompass wellbeing. Today, we’re excited to share the result of four years worth of investigation by The Wellbeing Project’s community.

Just as the world has a profound need for care and solutions to pressing problems, the changemakers who create and deliver those solutions need to care for their own wellbeing. To explore the connection between inner work and social change, the Project asked leaders, activists, and social entrepreneurs to participate in a program that focused on their wellbeing for 18 months.

The results? Changes were observed at an individual level, which led to ripple effects at an organizational and sectoral level. In other words, they found that wellbeing inspires welldoing.
